About Us:

BFT Mortgage Investment Corporation (BFT MIC) is a Hamilton-based private mortgage lender and investment corporation serving licensed mortgage brokers throughout the Greater Golden Horseshoe. We provide flexible first and second mortgage financing for residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial and land properties, with loan amounts ranging from $50,000 to $5 million.

For our shareholders, BFT MIC provides an opportunity to invest in a diversified portfolio of mortgages without the responsibility of managing properties directly or being tied to a single mortgage. For our broker partners, we offer responsive service, flexible lending solutions and efficient in-house decision-making, with credit decisions generally provided within 48 hours.

Our continued growth reflects our leadership team’s extensive industry experience, robust broker relationships and commitment to creating long-term value for our investors.

Our office, located at Unit 14, 100 Frid Street in Hamilton, is operated by a small, collaborative team that works closely together toward the shared goal of managing a successful and growing company.
