Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Building Superintendent to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of our facility. In this dynamic role, you will ensure the building’s systems and infrastructure operate smoothly, efficiently, and reliably. Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise maintenance contractors, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, low voltage systems, and building equipment
- Coordinate and execute repairs within your skill set to minimize downtime
- Conduct inspections of building systems to identify potential issues early and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for building operations




- Lead emergency response efforts related to electrical failures, HVAC malfunctions, or other urgent maintenance needs
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or upgrades

Qualifications

- Proven management experience in building supervision or maintenance roles
- Strong management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Extensive knowledge of building systems, and maintenance practices
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and coordination
- Some computor skills required

Pay: $35,200.00-$70,208.19 per year
