Do you love turning cake into something almost too pretty to eat? We’re looking for an experienced Cake Decorator/Baker to join our bakery team!

We’re looking for someone creative, reliable, detail-oriented, and confident in their decorating skills. From birthday cakes and celebration cakes to custom designs, we want someone who can take an idea and bring it to life — while making sure it tastes just as good as it looks.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Decorating cakes for birthdays, celebrations, special events, and custom orders
- Creating clean, polished designs using piping, buttercream, fondant, lettering, borders, and other decorating techniques
- Working from customer inspiration photos and custom requests
- Baking and preparing cakes and other bakery items as needed
- Making sure every order looks great and is ready on time
- Packaging finished cakes and baked goods for pickup or delivery
- Keeping your workspace, tools, and equipment clean and organized
- Following proper food handling and food safety procedures
- Working alongside our bakery team to keep things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For





- Previous qualified cake decorating experience is required
- Strong piping and cake-finishing skills
- Experience with buttercream and fondant
- A creative eye and strong attention to detail
- Ability to recreate designs from reference/inspiration photos
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Able to work efficiently in a busy bakery environment
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple orders and deadlines
- Baking experience is an asset

Portfolio Required!

We want to see what you can do! Applicants must provide photos or a portfolio of previous cake decorating work. This can be an Instagram page, website, digital portfolio, or simply a collection of photos of cakes you’ve personally decorated.

Pay: $17.60-$25.84 per hour
