Clinic Support Coordinator

Brightside Dental Care - Brandon, MB

Brightside Dental Care is looking for an organized, proactive, and dependable Clinic Support Coordinator to join our Brandon team.

This is a hands-on support role that helps keep our clinical day running smoothly. You'll work closely with our dental team to ensure operatories are prepared, sterilization processes are completed, supplies are stocked and organized, equipment is maintained, and the clinic is ready to provide exceptional patient care every day.

What You'll Do:

- Process and sterilize instruments while following infection-control protocols
- Prepare, disinfect, and organize operatories
- Monitor clinical inventory and help coordinate supply orders
- Receive and organize deliveries and maintain stock rotation
- Complete routine equipment checks and help coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Maintain sterilization, inventory, and equipment records
- Float throughout the clinic to support the team wherever needed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, efficient, and welcoming clinical environment

- Comfortable learning equipment, inventory systems, and ordering process

Qualifications:

- Previous dental or healthcare experience an asset
- Dental Assistant Level 1 or equivalent clinical experience is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of sterilization, infection control, or dental terminology is an asset
- Experience with supply ordering or vendor management is a strong asset

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
