Reporting directly to the Dietary Manager, you'll be responsible for the preparation and presentation of meals for residents and staff. Adherence to menu plans and food safety standards is paramount. Engage actively in quality improvement initiatives and work collaboratively in a team-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare all meals according to planned menus • Review production sheets and adjust as needed • Conduct safety audits for food storage • Serve meals with respect for resident preferences • Participate in budget management and cost control

Requirements: • Must hold a Food Handler's Certificate • Experience in large volume food prep necessary • Knowledge of dietary regulations and guidelines • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting • Vulnerable Sector Check required within six months
