Qualified candidates must be well organized, patient, service-focused, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.Job ResponsibilitiesActing under the supervision of the Clinic Manager, or Director of Operations/Assistant Director of Operations, the Senior Medical Receptionist is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Skin Vitality Medical Clinic. They provide guidance and administrative support, oversee the training of staff members,



liaise with patients to maintain optimal operational flow and work collaboratively with Management to continuously adhere to clinic standards for both staff and patients.Other ResponsibilitiesPromoting a high-end Medical Clinic atmosphere in appearance and delivery while upholding our company valuesManage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, supporting smooth and efficient workflowComplete biweekly clinic pre-inventory and inventory counts, and ensure accurate documentationSkilled in managing patient escalationsExperienced in resolving patient concernsMonitor clinic inventory and supply stock levels, flag low inventory when necessaryComplete and deliver clinic bank deposits in alignment with the company processTrain and onboard administrative staff, ensuring consistency and high standards in performance, and flagging if otherwiseResolve monetary, inventory, and patient profile discrepancies with accuracyMeet all clinic compliance deadlines and responsibilitiesProviding exceptional customer service, promoting a welcoming and inclusive setting for our patientsMeeting all team deadlines and responsibilitiesPromoting a positive company culture that values integrity, inclusion, collaboration, communication and teamworkMultitask easily without compromising performance or attitudeOther Duties As Assigned by the Director of Operations
