The Role: Customer Service Representative Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inbound phone, chat, and email inquiries while meeting service, quality, and productivity targets.

Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while accurately researching information across internal systems and documenting customer inquiries and resolutions.

Provide timely and accurate shipment support, including tracking updates, address modifications, proof of delivery requests, and coordination with internal departments to ensure issue resolution.

Process customer requests such as pickup bookings and rate quotes using automated dispatch and pricing systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
