Adjust these treatment plans over time to ensure they are focused on obtaining the treatment objectives.Provide clinical and developmental supervision to Youth Counsellors (YCs) regarding students' needs and their therapeutic treatment plans,Lead the performance development of your YC team through ongoing coaching, and regular feedback to improve their skills and support career aspirationsParticipate in the HR interviewing process for recent hires to your teamEnsure the appropriate, accurate and timely flow of reports and communication with parents and students, team staff, and PRI community as necessaryDevelop and sustain appropriate interpersonal relationships with students, direct reports,
