AssessMed is a true national provider with strategically located regional offices in BC, Alberta, Ontario (4), Quebec and the Maritime Provinces (2).ResponsibilitiesHandle referrals, book appointments, process in our internal database, and process related documentation and correspondenceFollow up on cancellation and no shows, to see if the appointment should be rebookedProcess Clinical Notes and Record release requests; Ensure accuratetimelines are reflected in the system and ensure timely processing of all bookings; Set up transportation and interpreters for upcoming assessmentsGreet all guests and offer them coffee or water.Answers phone in a timely manner, assist the caller or forward to the appropriate person/departmentScan documents and save in the appropriate driveHandle daily filing, mail,
