The Assistant Rentals Manager works closely with the Rentals Manager and team to maintain smooth operations, support staff, and deliver an excellent customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational SupportSupport the Rentals Manager in daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresAssist in managing the rental fleet and suppliesOversee front office activities, fleet preparation, housekeeping, and overall unit readinessEnsure rental units meet quality standards prior to customer deliveryAssist with customer orientations and rental introductionsCoordinate with the PDI team on maintenance, repairs, and inspectionsAssist with staff scheduling, training, and day-to-day team leadershipSupport Housekeeping and PDI teams to maintain operational standardsProvide guidance to team members to ensure efficient workflowsPromote teamwork and a positive, collaborative work environmentCustomer ServiceAddress customer and employee concerns in a timely and qualified mannerSupport resolution of customer issues to ensure a positive rental experienceMaintain high service standards across all customer interactionsAdministration & ReportingSupport budgeting, expense tracking,
