Our client in the manufacturing sector is seeking a full-time permanent SAP Functional Analyst to support and enhance their SAP S/4HANA workplace. This is a hands‐on SAP support and enhancement role focused on supporting integrated business processes across Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, and Finance within a live S/4HANA manufacturing environment.Location: Hybrid – Burlington, ONResponsibilitiesSupport and troubleshoot SAP business processes across SD, MM, and FICO modules in a live S/4HANA manufacturing environmentResolve production support issues, manage user tickets, perform root cause analysis, and support continuous improvement initiativesSupport integrated Order‐to‐Cash, Procure‐to‐Pay, and financial processesCollaborate with cross‐functional business and technical teams to support operational stability and enhancementsGather and translate business requirements into SAP functional solutionsSupport testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment validationAssist with enhancements, configuration updates,



and process improvementsSupport EDI/IDOC troubleshooting and integration activitiesProvide user support, documentation, training, and knowledge transferRequirements5+ years of SAP functional experience across SD, MM, and/or FICOExperience supporting live SAP S/4HANA or ECC environmentsStrong understanding of integrated SAP business processesExperience supporting production incidents, troubleshooting, and enhancementsUnderstanding of integration points between SD, MM, PP, and FICOExperience working directly with business stakeholders in manufacturing or industrial environmentsStrong problem‐solving and communication skillsAbility to operate independently in a lean support environment with a high degree of ownershipExperience working in AMS/support environments with SLA‐driven ticket managementNice to HaveExperience with Variant Configuration (VC)Exposure to manufacturing planning or production processesExperience with SAP FioriExposure to data migration or SAP enhancementsManufacturing or distribution industry experience
