Well Properties is seeking a reliable, organized and professional Property Management Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our residential and commercial properties.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable communicating with tenants, contractors and service providers.
We are looking for someone dependable who can become a key support person in the daily management of our properties.
Job Type: Full-time (37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday) Location: 2081 Merivale Road, Ottawa, ON Responsibilities: Communicate with residential and commercial tenants by phone and email.
Respond to tenant inquiries and maintenance requests.
Coordinate repairs, service calls, inspections and contractor access.
Follow up on outstanding maintenance items and tenant requests.
Prepare notices, letters and general tenant correspondence.
Assist with leasing inquiries, applications, showings and lease documentation.
Maintain tenant, property and contractor records.
Enter and update information in property management software.
Assist with rent follow-up, invoices and general administrative tasks.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars and follow-up lists.
Assist management with day-to-day property operations and special projects.
Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience required.
Property management or real estate experience is an asset.
Experience with Yardi is a strong asset.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Robust organization and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Professional and confident when dealing with tenants and contractors.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle are required.
