We are seeking an AI & Software Engineering Student to join our agile Business Transformation group who wants to strengthen their software engineering foundations while gaining practical exposure to applied AI, modern platforms, and end-to-end product delivery.

What youll do Develop and improve production software by contributing to full-stack applications, integrations, and data solutions used across business and operational teams.

Gain hands-on experience delivering software products end-to-end by participating in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support of AI-powered applications.

Work closely with software engineers, domain experts, and stakeholders to build generative AI and data-driven solutions that improve workflows and decision-making.

Build strong engineering fundamentals by applying version control, code reviews, testing,



and secure development practices while managing your workload and continuously expanding your technical skills Who you are Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications: Legally authorized to work in Canada full-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g., work visa) Available to begin work in May 2027 Curiosity and continuous desire for learning Team collaboration and knowledge sharing Problem isolation and resolution Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge/experience with object-oriented programming, data structures, databases, APIs, generative AI models, and related frameworks.

Knowledge/experience with Python, Ruby, Java

Script/Type

Script, PostgreSQL or SQL Server, cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, object storage, Databricks, Snowflake, Redis, or similar technologies.
