We are looking for a Senior Front End Developer to join a collaborative design systems team supporting enterprise web applications in Ontario.

This long-term contract position focuses on building scalable, accessible React components that help create a consistent user experience across a broad product portfolio.

The successful candidate will work closely with designers, researchers, product leaders, and accessibility specialists to deliver high-quality front-end solutions that balance usability, performance, and maintainability.

Responsibilities: Build, enhance, and support reusable React components that strengthen consistency across multiple web products.

Translate design concepts into production-ready interfaces while maintaining close alignment with established UX standards.





Embed accessibility best practices into front-end development to help ensure components meet recognized compliance expectations.

Work with cross-functional partners to define needs, clarify priorities, and deliver solutions within an evolving development environment.

Improve component libraries through thoughtful documentation, clean code structure, and patterns that encourage productive adoption by product teams.

Take part in peer reviews and contribute to development standards that promote quality, reliability, and maintainable code.

Apply insights from user research and product feedback to refine component behaviour and overall usability.

Coordinate effectively with globally distributed colleagues and adjust working style as needed to support collaboration across time zones.
