Develop, implement, and maintain the site QMS (ISO 9001, AIB where applicable) Lead internal/external audits and manage CAPA through to closure Oversee quality control across flexo, coating, die-cutting, and slitting processes Act as primary contact for customer quality issues; lead root cause analysis on complaints Drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) and manage supplier quality performance What you must have: 58+ years quality experience in manufacturing (labels, packaging, or printing preferred) Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and packaging standards (e.g., AIB) Fluent French and very good English (written and spoken) Experience with printing/converting processes and root cause tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA) Experience leading audits, CAPA programs, root cause analysis, and customer complaint investigations Hands-on experience managing and maintaining an ISO 9001 QMS Nice to have:



Experience with food-contact, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic packaging regulations Experience in the label, printing, packaging, or converting industry Knowledge of flexographic printing, adhesives, substrates, inks, and color management Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement initiatives Lean/Six Sigma certification ERP and QMS software proficiency Salary/Rate Range: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
