Oxford Learning South Surrey is seeking an enthusiastic Lead Teacher for Math and Science. This part time, in-person role is designed for passionate educators ready to inspire students and cultivate their academic abilities.As the Lead Teacher, you will work hands-on with students while engaging families and coordinating with the educational team. This position includes teaching, developing tailored learning programs, and sharing progress with parents. Center administration and operational support will also be part of your key responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate small-group instruction 2-3 times weeklyCreate and oversee personalized learning plansAdminister assessments to track student progressMaintain organized daily operations of the centreCommunicate efficiently with parents about student developmentRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, or similarFamiliarity with BC curriculum standards for Grades 8-12Strong communication skills in EnglishAt least 2 years in customer service rolesOpen availability for afternoons/evenings and SaturdaysPlay a pivotal role in student growth at Oxford Learning South Surrey!
