We are looking for a Commercial Administrator to support our Western Canada operations.The Commercial Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow and completion of all administrative functions. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, solid attention to detail and superior computer skills.ResponsibilitiesProduce Daily Work acceptance sheets, for all active jobsTrack and enter time and expenses for onsite personnelSubmit Daily Cost tracking to customerWork with the SmartCenterTM to resolve outstanding tasksProvide support to Regional AdministratorResponsible for distribution of outgoing and incoming mailCoordinate all courier pick-ups, deliveries, and package trackingCoordinate all office supply orders,
deliveries and pricingCollect new hire packagesMaintain employee records and filesScheduling travel arrangements for staffProvide administrative support to other staff and departments as neededOther administrative duties as neededEnter invoicesQualificationsExcellent general computer skillsCustomer service oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and as part of teamSuperior organizational skillsWork Experience and Education RequirementsExperience working in an industrial setting/on job sites is considered an assetExperience with any of the following systems considered an asset: CIRYS, CNSOP, SunLink, SAP Fieldglass, MPower, Open Invoice, D365Previous demonstrated administrative skills including data entry, timekeepingHigh School DiplomaPost-secondary education in a related field an asset
