This role supports Cell Leads on the floor, coordinates shift priorities, drives safe and efficient product flow, and encourages high performing teams through coaching, training, and standard work. and workflow across cells in alignment with direction from leadershipServe as the primary on‐floor support resource for the Cell LeadersCommunicate employee and safety concerns to the Warehouse Leader for awareness and follow‐upIdentify team member training needs and coordinate training activities with the appropriate value streamsSupport team member development through cross‐training, reinforcement of quality expectations, and warehouse standard workProvide input to performance review and merit processes as requested by leadershipMaintain attendance and timekeeping records through Kronos and Vacation Tracker for the assigned shiftSupport Win with Growth Strategy initiatives, including Zero Defects, Best Lead Time, and On‐Time to Request (OTR)Participate in weekly PSC Stand Up meetingsHelp identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for PSC methods, procedures, and systemsFoster positive employee relations through open communication and consistent follow‐through on commitmentsQualificationsEducation/Certification RequirementsHigh school diploma/GEDExperience And SkillsMinimum 2 years of Warehouse experienceData Warehouse, Mainframe, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power BI), Omnex, Kronos, Vacation TrackerFirst Aid Certified or willing to obtainForklift License or willing to obtainAbility to effectively lead people with minimal supervisionWorking knowledge of the Health & Safety ActStrong written and verbal communication skillsEffective problem‐solving skills and solid organizational skillsStrong Parker product knowledgeAbility to take initiative and lead change
