Key Responsibilities Ensure health and safety by complying with all safe work practices.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks and inspections on vehicles and equipment.
Record time, parts, and inspection checklists accurately.
Move company equipment safely.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and vehicles.
Disassemble, inspect,
and replace worn or broken parts.
Diagnose and repair various systems (engines, transmissions, brakes, etc.).
Operate gauges, forklifts, shunt trucks, torches, grinders, and other tools safely.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 2-3 years experience working on heavy-duty trucks and equipment required.
Comfortable working on computers required.
Must provide own basic tools.
Related mechanical certifications a plus.
