Resolves staffing problems, includingcalling in staff to ensure appropriate staffing levelsSupervises medication administration and is accountable forensuring accuracy and completeness of administration and documentation for themedication programOrients, trains, supervises, and evaluates new employees,volunteers and practicum students on shift responsibilities and routines andreports to supervisory positionMotivates staff team to maintain and exceed agency workstandards.
