Reporting to the Branch Manager, this in office, full-time position focuses on supporting members by uncovering their financial needs and offering comprehensive solutions, from mortgages to investments. You will collaborate within a dedicated team to ensure exceptional service while reinforcing ACU’s commitment to community values and responsible banking.

Key Responsibilities:
• Anticipate and provide financial advice based on member goals
• Recommend credit solutions and structure applications appropriately
• Onboard members through detailed financial discussions




• Offer advice on basic investment products and strategies
• Initiate proactive check-ins to support evolving member needs

Requirements:
• 3-4 years of experience in financial services
• Well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with financial industry processes and regulations
• Previous experience in a Credit Union is advantageous
