Private Client Adviser Financial Planner / Securities Specialist/ Wealth Adviser Job #16815756 100% Remote | Permanent | Full-Time Location: Anywhere in Canada, excluding Quebec Base Salary: $100,000 Year 1 OTE: $180,000$500,000+ Uncapped Commission | Significant Long-Term Earning Potential This is not a traditional Financial Advisor role.

If you are successful in wealth management, strong at winning new clients and confident in your ability to sell but feel you have reached a ceiling in the traditional bank or wealth-management model this opportunity is worth exploring.

Our client is a highly established global investment-management organization with a unique business model and a rapidly growing Canadian presence.

The opportunity is designed for high-performing financial professionals who want to focus on what they do best: business development, client acquisition and closing recent relationships.

You will not be responsible for managing client portfolios after onboarding.

You will not spend your days servicing an existing book.

You will not be cold calling.

Instead, you will work with a continuous flow of qualified prospective clients who have already expressed interest in the firm''s investment-management offering.

Your role is to understand their financial situation, establish credibility, articulate the firm''s value proposition and convert qualified prospects into clients.

Once the relationship is established, the client is transitioned to a dedicated portfolio and relationship-management team.

You are paid our your commissions and move on to the next opportunity.

Why successful advisers make the move Many professionals joining this organization come from traditional Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, Investment Advisor or Associate Portfolio Manager environments.

They are already successful.

What they are looking for is more upside, more focus and fewer limitations on what they can earn.

They are tired of waiting to inherit a promised portfolio.

This environment can be particularly compelling for someone who: Loves the business-development side of wealth management Is highly confident speaking with sophisticated investors Enjoys presenting, influencing and closing Does not want to manage client assets through every market rise and decline Wants a fully remote career with a structured,

professional workday Is motivated by performance and does not want compensation capped at a few hundred thousand dollars Has the drive and confidence to pursue substantially higher income based on results Top performers within the organization can build exceptionally lucrative careers, with some reaching seven-figure annual compensation.

This is NOT a role for someone looking for a comfortable salary and predictable bonus.

It is for someone who is hungry, competitive, self-motivated and genuinely excited by the opportunity to be paid at a very high level for producing results.

What You Will Do Work with a consistent pipeline of warm, qualified prospective clients Conduct discovery conversations and understand investors'' financial goals, current portfolios and concerns Present the firm''s investment philosophy, services and value proposition Build trust with high-net-worth prospective clients Lead virtual and telephone-based sales conversations Convert qualified prospects into new clients Transition recent clients to the dedicated relationship and portfolio-management teams Maintain disciplined follow-up throughout the sales process Focus your time almost exclusively on new business development and closing The Non-Negotiable Requirement IIROC / Investment Dealer Experience Candidates must have accumulated a minimum of 24 months of registration as an Investment Dealer representative under IIROC/CIRO during their career.

The 24 months: Can be current or previous registration Can be accumulated across more than one employer Does not need to be consecutive However, mutual-fund registration alone does not qualify.

You must have worked within the Investment Dealer channel and have been appropriately registered to sell, recommend or provide advice regarding securities, or have worked in a qualifying capacity alongside portfolio-management/investment activities requiring Investment Dealer registration (IIROC).

If your experience has only been through a mutual-fund dealer, this opportunity will unfortunately not meet the regulatory requirements of the role.

Additional Requirements Minimum 24 months combined IIROC/CIRO Investment Dealer registration 5+ years of financial-services, investment,

wealth-management or securities experience Demonstrated success in business development, client acquisition or investment sales Strong comfort discussing investments with high-net-worth individuals Proven ability to influence and close business Excellent telephone and virtual presentation skills Highly self-motivated and performance driven Comfortable operating in a metrics-focused sales environment Strong technological capability and confidence working remotely CIM Requirement The CIM designation is important for this position.

If you already hold the CIM, that is highly advantageous.

If you meet the Investment Dealer experience requirement but do not yet have your CIM, the organization can support and fully fund the required accreditation prior to entering the role. CFA designation is also highly valued.

What Makes This Opportunity Different 100% remote Work from anywhere in Canada outside Quebec.

Warm qualified leads You are not expected to build your business through traditional cold prospecting.

No ongoing portfolio management Your responsibility is winning the relationship, not managing every market movement afterward.

Dedicated client-service infrastructure Once onboarded, clients transition to teams focused specifically on investment management and ongoing service.

Uncapped commission Your compensation grows directly with performance.

Exceptional long-term income potential Strong performers can move well beyond the compensation ceiling that often exists within traditional banking and advisory environments.

Established global platform You are representing a sophisticated and highly differentiated investment-management organization rather than building a proposition from scratch.

Who Will Thrive Here? You may be ideal for this opportunity if you are currently a: Financial Advisor | Wealth Advisor | Investment Advisor | Private Wealth Advisor | Associate Wealth Manager | Associate Portfolio Manager | Financial Planner | Investment Representative and you are thinking: I know I can sell. I know I can build relationships. I know I can close. I just want an environment where there isn''t a ceiling on what that ability can earn me or I am successfully onboarding clients however my Portfolio Manager is reaping the financial rewards.

If that sounds like you and you meet the minimum 24-month Investment Dealer registration requirement I would like to speak with you.
