Role Description The Corporate English Coach is a part-time, remote role focused on helping corporate clients strengthen their English language and communication skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering online coaching sessions, tailoring materials to individual and group needs, and focusing on business-specific skills such as email writing, presentations, meetings, negotiations, and small talk in professional contexts. The coach will assess learners’ language levels, provide constructive feedback, and track progress through regular evaluations and reports.

The role also involves collaborating with the team to refine curriculum, sharing best practices, and maintaining a supportive, learner-centered environment.

Qualifications

- Strong command of English, with excellent grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation suitable for corporate communication.




- Experience teaching or coaching English, ideally in business or professional contexts, with the ability to design lesson plans and learning materials.
- Comfort with remote teaching tools and platforms, including video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and online collaboration tools.
- Ability to assess learner needs, set learning goals, and provide clear, constructive feedback and progress updates.
- Solid interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work with adult learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple learners, schedules, and administrative tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Languages, Linguistics, Communication, or related field; TEFL/TESOL or similar certification is an advantage.
- Previous experience with corporate training or working in a business environment is considered beneficial.
