What you'll do

- Work with other support and technical specialists to set the right difficulty for each task
What you'll need
- Hands-on work in a customer service representative role and a solid grasp of how support teams operate
- Strong analytical ability, clear writing, and close attention to detail
- A high school diploma or the equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred
- Several years across different industries or channels, QA or training experience, and CRM familiarity all count in your favor
