Join our dynamic dairy farm team as a Dairy Farm Worker and become a vital part of producing high-quality dairy products. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for caring for the animals, maintaining farm equipment, and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the farm. Responsibilities

- Assist with daily animal care routines, including feeding, watering, and cleaning stalls to promote healthy livestock.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery such as milking equipment, tractors, and feed dispensers safely and efficiently.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks involved in moving feed bags, supplies, or equipment around the farm.
- Monitor animal health and behavior, reporting any signs of illness or distress to farm management promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of barns, milking parlors, and surrounding areas to uphold hygiene standards.




- Support pasture management activities including fencing repairs and pasture rotation.
- Follow safety protocols rigorously to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.

Requirements

- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor throughout the workday.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with farm machinery is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Prior experience on a dairy or livestock farm is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
