Duties

- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using advanced tools such as R, Python, and SQL to identify trends and anomalies.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate within Agile project teams to deliver timely insights aligned with project milestones and objectives.
- Design and optimize databases utilizing Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Support business analysis by translating requirements into technical specifications and actionable reports.
- Assist in the development of database structures through database design principles, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Contribute to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)



by participating in planning, testing, deployment, and documentation of analytics solutions.

Experience

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with a strong foundation in data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in SQL programming for querying relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI for creating compelling dashboards.
- Familiarity with programming languages including R and Python for statistical analysis and automation tasks.
- Knowledge of database design concepts, VBA scripting, Bash (Unix shell), and Visio for process mapping is advantageous.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, project management principles, and SDLC processes to ensure seamless project execution.
- Strong business analysis capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data into clear insights that support strategic decision-making.
