Our denture clinic located in West Vancouver is looking for an awesome addition to our team!

This roll is vital in shaping the patients experience and creating and exceptional first impression. The person we are looking for is self started, loves interacting with people and is excited to be the first person to welcome our patients into our clinic, while supporting the practice with day to day administration. This position is part time that will lead to full time.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Greeting patients
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments, doing recalls
- Taking and processing payments
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Pre authorizations and imputing insurance payments
- Maintaining and balancing cash records
- Following up with patients and other dental professionals
- Help with weekly tasks like (light cleaning and sweeping inside clinical rooms and reception,



taking garbage out once a week or as needed.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Assist with basic sterilization
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Willingness to learn
- Knowledge in DomX operating system is an asset but not a must as we can train you* Salary is based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
