Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of food items with precision, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Operate POS systems to process customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant, including kitchen, dining area, and food prep stations




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and order accuracy
- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times

Experience

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with food preparation, cashiering, and POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Experience in the food industry or serving roles demonstrates a commitment to excellent customer service and teamwork

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
