Part-Time Early Childhood Educator (ECE)

Bella Beats Childcare – North Vancouver, BC

Bella Beats Childcare is looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition into a full time position as our enrolment grows.

We are a warm, home-based Multi-Age Child Care program in North Vancouver offering a unique combination of Montessori-inspired learning, music education, and play-based activities.

Responsibilities

- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
- Plan and facilitate age-appropriate educational and play-based activities
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Assist with daily routines, including meals, outdoor play, rest time, and transitions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe childcare environment
- Communicate professionally and positively with children, families, and team members
- Follow all licensing requirements, health and safety procedures, and Bella Beats policies
- Participate in music, Montessori-inspired, arts, outdoor, and creative activities with the children

Qualifications
- Valid BC Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Certificate
- Valid First Aid & CPR certification




- Criminal Record Check / ability to complete one
- Experience working with young children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, patient, caring, and energetic
- Comfortable working in a small, supportive childcare environment

Experience with Montessori education, music, Orff Schulwerk, or creative arts is an asset but is not required.

Position Details

- Position: Part-Time ECE
- Location: North Vancouver, BC
- Schedule: Part-time to start
- Future Opportunity: Potential to transition to full-time based on enrolment and performance
