These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.How You'll Perform the RoleRemove slit rolls from the slitter and move to the up-enderAssist the lead slitter operator with the setup of new orders and reworkManage the cleaning of cast rolls during the line shutdownRemove purge away from under the Die during purging processAssist the lead operator in PM tasks at shift endAssist lead and second operator during the line start up, roll cleaning (deckle change), and with cleaning tasks during color changesCut and prepare the cores for as per the production scheduleStrap plastic waste and make ready for removal by the material handlerPrepare recent skidsCollapse the empty boxes for shippingAssist with emergency conditions on the Extrusion Line(s) such as web breaks and starting the line as directed by the Shift SupervisorOperate Slitter machine independently, when requiredRemove waste material from line when requiredDiligently follow lockout / tag out procedures whenever requiredMaintain all work areas free from obstructions and hazardsMaintain proper housekeeping and 5S in own work area and around work unitsPerform all work in a safe manner and fully comply with the Safety and Quality (GMP)
