In this role, you will support event execution by setting up audiovisual equipment and providing exceptional customer service. Reporting to senior management, you will interact directly with clients to ensure equipment functionality and address any concerns promptly. Engage with guests before and during events for a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and troubleshoot audiovisual setups effectively
• Foster robust relationships with clients through communication

• Adhere to all safety and operational procedures
• Accurately fill out necessary systems and paperwork
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred
• Complete Technical Level 3 Certification within 180 days
• 1 year of relevant hospitality experience preferred
• 1 year of audiovisual experience desired
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
