and present results to customersDeliver superior customer service while listening and consulting customersContributing to the effectiveness of peers to promote successOversee the processes of work order preparation and schedulingRespond to customer service concerns and problemsAct in a store management capacity as needed on day-to-day operational activitiesMonitors and control facility and asset utilizationIncrease and optimize retail sales and shop profitability, achieving or exceeding shop objectives and goalsMaximize the safety and well-being of the shop employees and to be a positive corporate citizen in the communities within which the shop operatesQualificationsGeneral automotive knowledgeBilingual (French / English)CPA certifications as requiredCurrent and valid driver's licenseExcellent customer service skillsGood communication skillsValid driver's licenseService diagnosis and technical skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
