RBC is seeking a hands-on Platform Engineer to build the agent-based harness that powers AI-driven SDLC across the bank. You will design and deploy agents, integrate custom skills, and enforce spec-driven workflows at scale.
You will work with LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Code, and MCP servers, collaborating with DevOps and security teams to ship production-grade capabilities bank-wide.
