Position: Legal / Commercial Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $80-$160/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities Review and assess legal and commercial documents for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
Provide structured feedback on domain-specific documents to ensure compliance and clarity.
Utilize strong analytical skills to contribute to high-impact evaluation projects.
Collaborate asynchronously with teams to meet deadlines and improve document standards.
Apply Excel , PowerPoint , and Word proficiency to enhance document analysis and presentation.
Work independently to maintain attention to detail and follow structured guidelines.
Qualifications Must-Have Bachelor's degree (minimum)




2+ years of professional experience in a relevant domain
Robust analytical and written communication skills
Strong proficiency in Excel , PowerPoint , and Word
Strong document analysis and review skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines
Based in the United States, Europe, UK or Canada
