As a part of our revitalized manufacturing facility, you will lead a team of maintenance employees, utilizing your experience in industrial maintenance and leadership. To qualify, you should possess a Millwright Certificate of Qualification and five years of relevant experience, including supervising teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate mechanical maintenance scheduling and efforts
• Train and coach maintenance staff, promoting safety
• Enforce compliance with industry regulations and procedures
• Ensure availability of materials and tools for maintenance
• Conduct root cause analysis for maintenance issues
Requirements:
• Millwright Certificate of Qualification (C of Q) required
