Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive onboarding and ongoing clinical training • Utilize simulation and coaching to enhance learning • Assess clinical skills and competencies effectively • Develop instructional content and assessment tools • Engage with leaders to improve educational offerings
Requirements: • Active RN or RPN registration with provincial regulatory body • 3-5 years of clinical nursing expertise • Experience in clinical education methodologies • Valid BCLS/CPR certification • Strong communication and software proficiency
