What will you do? Provide technical assistance and support to capital markets clients
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
Offer guidance and training to clients on new technologies and systems
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide expert support
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
What do you need to succeed? Must-have Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems, software, and networking
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to resolve complex technical issues
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-notch support to clients
Ability to work collaboratively as a team player, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve common goals
A strong desire to learn and stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends
Nice-to-have Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL
Familiarity with financial industry applications and systems
Certification in a relevant technical area, such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications
Previous experience working in a fast-paced,



dynamic environment, such as a trading floor or financial institution
