In this key role, you will maintain manufacturing efficiencies while following GMP and SOPs to ensure product quality. With at least 3 years of compounding experience, you’ll also focus on training junior colleagues and troubleshooting batch issues. Your multi-tasking abilities and basic math skills will support the overall operational success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan equipment and facility requirements for production
• Support the training of junior staff members
• Optimize efficiency and output of batches
• Adhere to GMP and corporate guidelines
• Troubleshoot and manufacture pilot batches

Requirements:
• 3+ years of compounding experience necessary
• Capability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Basic math skills required
• Strong decision-making and troubleshooting skills
• Desired: B.Sc. in Sciences
