Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to practice within a client and family centred care model and in accordance with BCCNM standards.
Working independently and with an interdisciplinary care team, you will perform full scope nursing functions for clients with predictable outcomes within a designated area of specialty, including assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting care, and supporting the Registered Nurse as needed.
