The OpportunityAs part of a dynamic and high-performing HR team, the Senior Human Resource Generalist (HRG) delivers both strategic and operational HR services, managing employee lifecycle priorities to meet business needs through detailed attention and stakeholder management.What To ExpectActively support the Director – HRBP in advising leaders on people, organization decisions and change management efforts.Support day‑to‑day talent activities such as performance management, coaching and graduate return‑to‑work programs.Manage and resolve escalated employee relations issues; conduct investigations,corrective action, remediation and documentation.Track business strategies to improve employee engagement year over year through continuous listening.Serve as subject‑matter expert on special projects (mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, policy development) providing data analysis and insights.Develop and analyze HR metrics to identify opportunities and implement solutions with the HR team.Support execution of talent management and succession planning activities.Support deployment, administration and sustainment of new and existing HR policies and programs.What You BringUniversity degree/college diploma or equivalent experience.CHRP/CHRL completed or in progress.Minimum seven years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role,
