Serving Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Leduc, Nisku, and Northern Alberta, we collaborate with over 50 leading Canadian insurance providers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position based in our Edmonton office. The Licensed Insurance Broker will act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving all client querries using a common sense approach & providing personalized solutions for their insurance needs. Daily responsibilities include renewal reviews, retention, remarketing, cross selling and upselling, issuing Certs, Pink cards, Endorsements, sumbitting current business apps to insurers, handling premium finacing contracts, managing client accounts, building strong client relationships,



and proactively addressing customer inquiries and concerns. The role also involves collaborating with insurers to negotiate terms for clients while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the insurance industry and compliance regulations.QualificationsStrong customer service and client relationship management skillsEffective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilitiesPrior experience in doing renewal reviews, Retention, cross selling & upseling is a mustAttitude to resolve things & be willing to learn constantlyExperience in sales, marketing, and maintaining client retentionFamiliarity with insurance products, policies, and industry regulationsProficiency in common sense based problem-solving skillsAbility to handle client requests in a holistic manner servicing existing clients and at the same time improving sales via cross selling and upsellingAbility to work independently while contributing to team successGeneral Level 1 License in Alberta is required, with preference given to those with Level 2 LicensePrior experience in insurance is mustExperience working on Epic & Applied Rating System is highly desirable
