As a Health Care Aide, you will be an integral member of the care team, working closely with a Licensed Practical Nurse. You'll assist residents with daily living activities such as personal hygiene and feeding, and also facilitate social participation. Your caring nature and skills will significantly impact our residents’ quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with bathing and personal care routines
• Support resident mobility and secure transfers
• Help feed residents during scheduled meal times
• Provide prescribed routine care under nursing direction
• Accompany residents to recreation and therapy sessions

Requirements:
• One year of experience in continuing care or related field
• Completion of recognized Personal Care Aide Certificate
• Active registration with the CLHA
• Fluency in English, spoken and written required
• Post-secondary education preferred
