We are seeking an energetic and reliable Experienced House Cleaner, Housekeeper & Outdoor Yard Worker to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of a residential property, providing exceptional housekeeping services, and performing outdoor yard work to ensure beautiful, well-kept homes. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for our client, making their home shine inside and out.

These paid positions offer an exciting opportunity to showcase your cleaning expertise, outdoor skills, and customer service talents in a fast-paced, rewarding setting.

Please note that we are offering three (3) separate positions: a house cleaner, a housekeeping service and a third person for outside yard work (must love outdoors) in a large property. Therefore, the responsibilities below are not listed just for one person only. More details will be provided later.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of the residential space, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitation, and kitchen cleaning to meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
- Prepare and assist with light cooking or meal prep as needed to support client hospitality.
- Conduct outdoor yard work including mowing lawns, throwing out the garbage, trimming bushes, raking leaves, planting flowers, and general landscaping to enhance curb appeal.
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and outdoor equipment to ensure efficiency during each job.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service.




- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning and outdoor activities to ensure a secure working environment.

Skills

- Proficiency in English;
- Strong knowledge of residential cleaning techniques and best practices.
- Experience with outdoor yard work such as gardening, lawn care, and landscaping.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments.

- Exceptional customer service skills with clear communication abilities to build trust with the client.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in both indoor cleaning and outdoor work environments.

THE OUTDOOR YARD WORKER MUST HAVE A TRUCK TO CARRY GARBAGE OUT, ETC. WE ARE LOOKING FOR HARD WORKING AND AMBITIOUS INDIVIDUALS, RESPONSIBLE AND ABLE TO COME TO WORK ON TIME. THE WORK HOURS FOR THE CLEANING SERVICE WILL BE EVERY 2 DAYS (ABOUT 4-6 HOURS PER DAY). IT MIGHT BE THE SAME FOR THE OTHER POSITIONS, BUT I WILL KNOW MORE TOMORROW OR LATER. IT'S PART TIME WORK, BUT IT WILL BE ON A CONSISTENT BASIS.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12.0 per week
