Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough analysis of financial data using advanced tools such as SQL, Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Excel to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports utilizing Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, and other business intelligence platforms to communicate insights clearly across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather relevant data from databases like Microsoft Dynamics GP, NetSuite, Hyperion, and ERP systems for comprehensive analysis.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis processes by applying robust math skills and accounting principles.
- Perform auditing procedures on financial records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of data.
- Assist in research projects related to investment opportunities within the financial services sector by analyzing market trends and economic indicators.




- Communicate findings effectively through presentations created with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word while maintaining bilingual proficiency in French for international stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; advanced certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus.
- Proven experience with financial analysis software including SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar ERP systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—Excel (including VBA), Word, PowerPoint—and familiarity with databases like Microsoft Access.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Cognos for creating insightful dashboards.
- Knowledge of SQL programming language for data extraction and manipulation; experience with NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics GP is advantageous.
- Bilingual fluency in French is preferred for roles involving international communication.
- Excellent analysis skills complemented by strong communication abilities to present complex information clearly.
- Experience in auditing processes within financial services or investment banking environments is desirable.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement through innovative problem-solving and process optimization initiatives.
