The Role: Forklift Operator Operate a forklift to safely move, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.

Load and unload trailers efficiently while ensuring product accuracy and damage prevention.

Stage, organize, and prepare freight for shipment.

Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns.

Complete inventory counts, shipping/receiving documentation, and other operational records accurately.

Load and unload LTL and cross-dock freight in a timely manner.





Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work setting.

Meet productivity targets while following company health and safety procedures.

Assist with general warehouse duties and support the team as needed.

What You''ll Bring Valid forklift certification required.

Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.

Experience operating a counterbalance forklift is required.

Reach truck experience is considered a robust asset.

Experience loading and unloading trailers safely and efficiently.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Clean criminal background.

Cross-dock, LTL, shipping/receiving, and material handling equipment experience are considered assets.
