Senior Salesforce Developer Toronto, ON (3 days on site/week) Fulltime One of our financial services clients is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the technical design, development, and secure implementation of complex, scalable solutions across the companies critical business functions, with a central focus on Financial Services.

The successful candidate must have 7+ years of Salesforce experience and proven enterprise experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC). MUST HAVE: 1) Financial Services Cloud (FSC): Proven, successful background working within the Financial Services Cloud, including a explicit grasp of its native data structure, configuration best practices, and custom feature deployment. 2) 7+ years of Salesforce Development experience: professional experience managing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Demonstrated experience in hands-on APEX coding, SOQL queries, and Lightning Components.

Key Responsibilities This role requires a combination of architectural leadership and direct, hands-on development expertise to manage the entire solution lifecycle from concept to deployment.

Hands-on Architecture & Code Development Core Development: Execute direct, hands-on development, including writing, debugging, and optimizing business logic usingAPEX code, SOQL, and basic Lightning Web Components.

Declarative Automation Mastery: Conceive, build, and deploy advanced, robust business process automation using

Salesforce Flow(including sophisticated Record-Triggered, Scheduled, Autolaunched, and Screen-based Flows).

Technical Blueprinting: Chair technical discovery and solutioning sessions with business partners to design resilient and efficient platform structures.

Convert high-level organizational needs into comprehensive technical plans and execution roadmaps.

Data & Integration Leadership Data Integration Expertise: Direct involvement in the design and implementation of data management strategies, specifically usingETL utilitiesfor data synchronization and migration.

Real-Time Integration: Provide solutions and perform development for Salesforce integration with outside systems, specifically usinglive APIsfor real-time data exchange.

Platform Expertise Financial Services Cloud: Build and enhance functionality specifically within the

Financial Services Cloud (FSC), along with core features of the Sales and Service Cloud platforms.

Security & Compliance: Implement and manage Salesforce''s advanced security features, including

Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring, and Field History Tracking(features of Salesforce Shield). FSC Customization: Deeply tailor the Financial Services Cloud platform using its unique data model, configuration best practices, and specialized components.

Qualifications & Expertise The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical foundation and demonstrable experience operating at a senior capacity within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Required Experience Platform Tenure:A minimum of seven years'' professional experience managing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in hands-on APEX coding, SOQL queries, and Lightning Components.

Automation Depth: The ideal candidate will have roughly three+ years of focused, practical experience developing and maintaining complex automations using Salesforce''s primary declarative tool (Flows expertise).
