Requirements Were looking for someone who thrives in a quick-paced environment and can handle the flow of a busy shop.

If you have experience as a restaurant host or hostess, or a background in retail and customer service, your skills will transfer naturally here.

Flexible availability with the ability to work weekdays, weekends, and evening shifts Checking guests in, managing the waitlist queue,



and walking clients to their barbers chair Helping team members sweep and sanitize stations between guests so chairs flip quickly Answering phones, managing check-ins, running the register, and helping guests find the right products Keeping retail shelves stocked, managing inventory, and making product recommendations Communicating clearly with the Barbers and going above and beyond for every guest, every time Staying positive, welcoming, and organized when the shop gets busy!
