Extendicare seeks two Clinical Educators dedicated to improving clinical practices across LTC homes. You will facilitate education, assess competencies, and encourage hands-on skills training, ensuring high-quality care for residents. Your role requires robust communication skills and the ability to adapt educational content to meet specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver effective onboarding and skills education for staff
• Implement engaging education through various delivery methods
• Validate competencies through tailored assessments

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
• 3–5 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care
• Expertise in adult learning and instructional delivery
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and virtual learning platforms
