Job Summary As a Personal Support Worker/Caregiver , you’ll play a key role in improving the lives of our clients by providing one-on-one personalized care and support. Reporting to the Care Coordinator, you’ll deliver services that meet each client’s unique needs in a safe and caring environment. We are looking for PSWs for a new client who will be starting with us in early to mid-October. The client will require care 7 days a week, 8 hours per day . We are hoping to find 2–3 PSWs who can work together to divide the days and provide consistent coverage. The client is bedbound and uses a Hoyer lift , so experience with Hoyer lifts and providing care to a bedbound client would be an asset.
Responsibilities Assist with morning and evening care routines .
Meal preparation and light housekeeping to ensure a comfortable home environment.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist clients with ambulation,



outings, and errands .
Support with medication reminders and basic health tasks.
Follow and update care plans as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation and charting .
Help clients manage daily activities with care and dignity.
Qualifications Personal Support Worker Certificate.
Current CPR/First Aid Certification .
Covid vaccinations.
Hoyer lift experience.
Bedbound client experience.
Clear Police Record Check (Vulnerable Sector Screening) or willingness to obtain one.
Negative TB test or chest X-ray.
Reliable internet access and a mobile phone.
