life insuranceRRSP MatchingClose to major transit stationWhat you will be doingResponding to customer's request for service and review the request before creating a job orderConnecting with the field technicians and assign them to sites based on their expertise and customer's requirementsProvide all job related information to the technicians on a timely basisStrategically distribute the work orders among the techniciansProvide update to technicians and customers if requiredWhat you need to haveStrong English oral / written / interpersonal communication skills.1 year of over the phone customer service experienceExperience with the construction industry is an assetHave a sense of urgencyDetail oriented and experience in multi-tasking and the ability to prioritize tasksExperience with MS Office and other Windows based applicationsTactful and professional interaction with peers, drivers, clients and other staffFriendly, positive attitude, and robust customer service orientationDegree of flexibility with work hours, including possible evenings and weekends during peak construction season
